Today his younger brother Christopher Lewis is proud to serve the company as its president. Beginning with his days of washing windows in downtown Oklahoma City as a teenager, Christopher worked his way through high school and college serving the family business. He jokes you don’t get to choose your family…but today he chooses First Maintenance, and comes to work each morning excited about serving his team and his customers. “Clients should choose us because we care. Period,” he says. “We take our jobs seriously, and they’re a direct reflection of us as people.”


Nancy Pennell

Every day Nancy looks forward to tackling the ever-changing challenges and opportunities that come with serving her long list of clients. She must enjoy it, because she’s been serving them and First Maintenance for more than two decades. “Long-term relationships are a direct result of the dedicated and reliable service First Maintenance works hard to provide each and every client,” she says. “That commitment to client care shows. Nick started his career at First Maintenance part-time while working on his business management degree at Oklahoma State University. In 2016 he joined our team full time, and has been taking care of business ever since. “First Maintenance not only makes your building look great each day, we collaborate to make sure every facility is up to standards,” he says. “That couldn’t happen without the tremendous relationships we’ve built with our tenants and property managers.”

After owning his own maintenance company, Eric signed on in 2002 to help launch a new division of First Maintenance, and he’s never stopped helping to expand our services and invest in our people. “Our commitment to provide training and support for our employees creates an extremely stable labor depth,” he says. “We have many employees with more than 20 years of experience and dedication, and that makes all the difference for our clients and for our future growth.”

After spending 25 years in leasing, maintenance, and all aspects of property management, in 2006 Brad gifted First Maintenance – and our clients – with his decades of valuable experience, and we’re all better for it. “Being the best husband, father, and grandfather I can be is the most important job I do,” he says, “but taking good care of my customers is a pretty close second.”


Sage Kerr

As a mechanical engineer, Sage knows a lot about systems and processes. Since 2020, he’s been using that knowledge to implement the sales, marketing, and operational processes that help make First Maintenance the best we can be. “I have seen firsthand how this team works together to provide the best experience possible for our clients, and I’m excited that my skill set can help provide the tools and bandwidth necessary to expand our reach and serve more people.”
